Primary Belt-to-Chain Drive Install (e-moto)

$465.00

Full primary belt-to-chain conversion for Surron Light Bee, 79Bike Falcon and similar e-motos using the Warp9 Warp Drive or Heavy Hitter kit. This is a rear-end teardown, not a bolt-on — the swingarm comes off the bike to get the jackshaft out.

Teardown

  • Battery disconnected, bike on the lift
  • Rear wheel removed
  • Rear brake caliper and cable guide removed and secured
  • Suspension linkage unbolted from the swingarm
  • Swingarm pivot bolt removed, swingarm pulled from the frame
  • Belt cover, motor pulley nut and keyway removed
  • Jackshaft removed, belt and both pulleys off

Conversion

  • Jackshaft sprocket installed with alignment spacer as needed, threadlocker, torqued to spec
  • Motor sprocket installed and keyed
  • Chain fitted and master link set
  • Chain line checked for straightness before anything is torqued down

Reassembly and adjustments

  • Jackshaft, swingarm and pivot bolt reinstalled and torqued
  • Suspension linkage reconnected and torqued
  • Rear wheel installed, axle torqued, secondary chain tension and rear wheel alignment reset
  • Rear brake caliper reinstalled, pads centered on the rotor, lever feel checked
  • Motor position set on the tensioner cam for correct primary chain slack, adjuster bolts locked
  • Motor nut torqued, belt cover reinstalled, battery reconnected
  • Full bolt-torque check, chain lubed, test ride, final tension check

Includes one free primary chain re-tension after break-in (about 50 miles) — new chains stretch, and this keeps your bearings and sprockets healthy. Kit billed separately.

Fitment: Light Bee and 79Bike Falcon. Ultra Bee and E-Ride Pro require a different kit — confirm with us before booking.
