In consideration of being allowed to participate in a test ride of the electric motorbikes offered by Joyce Investments Company, LLC d.b.a. EMOTO Electric Motorbikes ("EMOTO"), I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this liability waiver. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the test ride.

I, the undersigned participant, affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and confirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that may impair my judgment or abilities.

I acknowledge that riding an electric motorbike involves inherent risks and potential hazards, including, but not limited to:

1. Risk of injury from accidents or collisions with other vehicles, objects, or pedestrians.

2. Risk of injury due to unforeseen mechanical failures or malfunctions.

3. Risk of injury due to the unpredictable behavior of other road users.

4. Risk of injury resulting from the condition of the road or riding surface.

5. Risk of injury from loss of control or improper use of the motorbike.

6. Risk of injury from adverse weather conditions, such as rain, wind, or poor visibility.

I hereby agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Joyce Investment Company, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during the test ride.

I understand that this waiver extends to any liability arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use or operation of the electric motorbikes, whether caused by negligence, the condition of the equipment, or the actions of other participants or third parties.

I acknowledge and understand that this liability waiver is legally binding and that by signing it, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue Joyce Investments Company, LLC for any injuries or damages I may sustain during the test ride.

I also consent to the use of electronic signatures and acknowledge that my electronic signature, whether typed or digitally executed, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

I have read this liability waiver in its entirety, and I understand its terms. I voluntarily and knowingly sign this waiver, intending to be legally bound by its contents.
