Beachman is thrilled to begin their foray into the world of coffee with their signature blend. This is a project that is the result of years of study, many hours of tasting and a love for coffee.

Where is it roasted?
Beachman coffee is roasted in Toronto, Canada by Stereo Coffee Roasters, just around the corner from their shop and headquarters. In particular, their coffee is roasted by Jake Taylor, the brother of Beachman Co-Founder Ben Taylor, who has had a life-long passion for coffee and bought his first espresso machine at the age of 15. The opportunity to come together and join their passions in creating this magnificent coffee was something truly special and we hope people enjoy it.

Where is it from?
Bahama Blend is a rotating coffee blend. This means that as certain beans go out of season and new ones come in, they rotate them through the blend to ensure they have a consistent flavor profile year-round, something that is impossible with single-origin coffee. Most of the year this blend is predominantly Ethiopian and Colombian and features coffees from Guatemala and a couple of other coffee-belt nations throughout the seasons. Regardless of how they rotate the beans, they strive to maintain the light acidity and sweet, chocolate notes that make the blend special.

What makes it premium?
Roasting locally with artisan roasters is only one step in the process. Their beans come from farms with extremely high standards of quality and are also packaged in 100% biodegradable bags. This packaging is costly, but it is also the right thing to do as they work to reduce their physical footprint on the earth.
