("Sponsor" or "EMOTO"), 1054 Water St., Tampa, FL. eBay Inc. is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, administrator, or affiliate of this promotion and has no responsibility for it. eBay is referenced only as the platform on which the winner will be announced. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and any other social platform referenced are likewise not sponsors and are released from all liability.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. Overview

To celebrate the launch of its eBay Live channel ("EMOTO Live"), EMOTO is giving away one (1) Super73 Red Bull Edition e-bike (the "Giveaway"). Entry is free and online; the winner will be drawn at random and announced live on EMOTO Live. These Official Rules govern the Giveaway only. Any other items sold or auctioned during EMOTO Live, including the 79Bike Falcon Lite penny-drop auction, are ordinary eBay transactions governed solely by eBay's User Agreement and the listing terms, and are not part of this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (residents of Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for the Giveaway, as EMOTO does not ship there) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of EMOTO are not eligible.

eBay account requirement. Each entrant must hold an eBay account registered in their own legal name and that reflects the entrant as 18 years of age or older. The eBay username provided on the entry form must match that account. An entrant whose eBay account is registered to a person under 18, is registered to someone else, is suspended or restricted, or cannot be verified will be disqualified from the Giveaway. EMOTO may verify age and identity through the eBay account, government-issued ID, or both before awarding the prize.

EMOTO may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple accounts, bots, or automated means, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

4. How to Enter the Giveaway

To receive one (1) entry, complete all of the following during the Entry Period:

1. Follow EMOTO Supply Co. on eBay. Go to EMOTO's eBay store (www.ebay.com/str/emotosupplyco) and click "Follow" (or "Save seller"). You must remain a follower through the winner announcement.
2. Follow EMOTO on social media & SHARE the Giveaway post. Follow or subscribe to @rideemoto AND @emotoexchange on at least one social platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook).
3. Submit the entry form on this page with your full legal name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, the social media handle you followed from, and your eBay username.

Entries are not valid until all three steps are complete. The social media handle and eBay username on the form must belong to the entrant and must be the accounts that actually followed EMOTO; EMOTO will check both before awarding the prize.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per household, regardless of how many social or eBay accounts you hold. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, forged, or automated entries are void. Entries become the property of EMOTO and will not be returned.

By entering, you consent to EMOTO contacting you by phone, text, and email about this Giveaway, including to notify you if you are selected. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of other marketing messages at any time without affecting your entry.

5. Entry Period, Drawing, and Live Announcement

Entry Period: begins Friday, October 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. ET. Entries received outside this window are void. EMOTO's server clock is the official timekeeper.

Drawing: one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Live announcement: the potential winner will be announced during EMOTO Live on eBay on November 19th at approximately 8pm ET. The announcement is for entertainment; it does not by itself award the prize. The potential winner must still be verified and claim the prize under Section 7. Watching the live show is not required to enter or win.

If the number of eligible entries is low, EMOTO may extend the Entry Period and will post the new end date on the entry form page and its social channels.

6. Prize

One (1) Super73 Red Bull Edition electric bike, approximate retail value ("ARV") $2,995. One prize total.

The prize is awarded as-is with the manufacturer's standard warranty only. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer, except that EMOTO may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; EMOTO will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required. Registration, licensing, insurance, helmets, and safety gear are the winner's responsibility. The winner must comply with all laws governing electric bike use in their jurisdiction.

Shipping within the contiguous United States is included. Pickup at EMOTO's Tampa showroom is available at the winner's option.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted by phone, text, and email at the contact details on the entry form within [3] business days after the live announcement. To claim the prize, the potential winner must, within [5] days of first notice:

1. Respond to EMOTO's notification;
2. Provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID showing they are 18 or older, and allow EMOTO to confirm that their eBay account and social media account match the entry form;
3. Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails any verification step, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. EMOTO may repeat this process up to [3] times, after which the prize may go unawarded.

The prize will be shipped or made available for pickup within 15 days after verification is complete.

8. General Conditions

By entering, you release and hold harmless EMOTO, eBay Inc., Super73, Red Bull, each social platform, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway, or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including personal injury or property damage.

Right to modify or cancel. EMOTO may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, platform outage, or any other cause beyond its control compromises its integrity. If the Giveaway is cancelled, EMOTO may draw the winner from eligible entries received before cancellation.

Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and, if you opt in, for EMOTO marketing. It is not sold to third parties. eBay usernames are used only to verify the follow and age requirements. See EMOTO's privacy policy at [URL].
