Amazing! I probably test rode this model more times than a dealer would prefer before making my decision, but EMOTO was more than happy to accommodate me on the journey. They are extremely knowledgeable about every bike they sell. They take great care in their products and customers. They went above and beyond to get this bike to me. I probably called and asked them 100 questions throughout the entire process.

Mike and his team were so easy to work with and discussed the pros and cons of the bike we bought for our 14yr old. Their genuine customer service was fantastic and probably going back to buy a bike for my other son soon!

Bought a CAKE bike here in 2023/2024 online. They were knowledgable and friendly. Bike came with some manufacturer delay, but Mike got right on it. The shop always answered the phone and gave honest answers. Then I ordered a rear carrier which eventually came. Because CAKE delayed - Mike sent me a free seat which was super generous. I hope to visit the shop some day.

I am absolutely pleased with this store who went out of their way to help us!! We chose bikes but couldn’t get them that day. When we were ready they even let us know when there was a sale. Upon delivery they gave a full lesson on each of the fully assembled items. They didn’t just drop and go. They even have pick up and drop off delivery service for when we need to do the bike tuneups. I highly recommend this store with friendly, knowledgeable, and non-pushy staff!!!

One of the best decisions I’ve made for my business was getting an e-bike and trailer from Emoto. Not only did it completely transform how we do deliveries, but the support from Michael, Matthew, and the entire Emoto team has been incredible every step of the way. They took the time to understand what we needed, helped us choose the perfect setup, and even worked with us to brand our trailer!!

This is by far the best e-bike store I’ve ever been to. The varieties of bike they have in complete to say the least. Micheal who there from day one walked me through through the bike I was interested in the Beachman set me up for a test ride and two weeks later I picked one up. He has kept in touch with me has asked if everything is ok with the bike, do I like it and do I have any concerns. I highly recommended Emoto. 5 stars all day long.

Had a great experience buying my bike here. Shout out to Michael & Darius who've helped me with a test ride and designing and buying my bike. I've been taking it all over Tampa having a great time. The quality of the build and materials is far superior to other products we've tried, and their customer service is great! Stop thinking about getting a bike here just go for it you definitely will not regret.

We had an amazing experience here. I bought my wife a bike for Christmas and Alex and Michael could not have been more accommodating- from answering questions, showing us all the options and giving us test runs. The best customer service top to bottom. Cannot recommend them enough.
