The Buyer assumes all risk as to the quality, function, and performance of the CAKE Manufactured Product. Should the CAKE Manufactured Product prove defective following its purchase, the Buyer (and not the Seller or any of its representatives) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. The Seller does not warrant that the CAKE Manufactured Product will meet the Buyer's requirements or that the operation of the CAKE Manufactured Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
