While the drivetrain is identical, the Kalk INK features slightly heavier and stable wheels and a simplified yet sturdier suspension. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the CAKE Manufactured Product is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Seller expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. No oral or written information or advice given by the Seller or its authorized representative shall create a warranty.
The Buyer assumes all risk as to the quality, function, and performance of the CAKE Manufactured Product. Should the CAKE Manufactured Product prove defective following its purchase, the Buyer (and not the Seller or any of its representatives) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. The Seller does not warrant that the CAKE Manufactured Product will meet the Buyer's requirements or that the operation of the CAKE Manufactured Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
